  • Attachment: The Bridge to Secure

    Beginning virtually on 09/23 6:30-7:30PM

Attachment styles impact how we think and act in our relationships, including friendships and work dynamics. Our attachment style is established as children, and we often carry those early "survival skills" with us into adulthood, even if they no longer serve us.

This group is designed to increase your understanding of how emotions affect your interactions. Participants will learn how to identify their emotional and social triggers and practice challenging automatic reactions in the moment. This group provides education and opportunities to practice skills to improve emotional regulation, decrease anxiety, and foster feelings of safety in social interactions. Enhance meaningful connections and improve feelings of safety in relationships

  • Building Boundaries

    Beginning in person 09/24 10:00-11:00a

Boundaries are necessary to foster trust, safety, and respect with those around you, including yourself! Boundaries are a key part of healthy relationships in all areas of our lives, and respecting ourselves. They help us define behavior, actions, and communication. Knowing what our boundaries are takes self awareness, and reflection on what we are and are not okay with.

In this group, participants will learn what boundaries are, how they differ in different settings and relationship types, and why having them is so important. Participants will be able to practice boundary skills in group, including reaffirming or staying confident in your boundaries.
