Since 2010, Kristina has practiced as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in WA. After serving many years in healthcare, she began to pursue her Real Heal vision to reduce the prevalence of life-limiting illnesses that result from unresolved trauma stored in the body.
Kristina is empathetic, creative, open-minded, and humble. As an approved supervisor in Washington state, Kristina is called to guide emerging professionals in serving diverse clients ethically and effectivly.

Emma Hudson, LSWAIC
Associate Provider
Emma invigorates her clients to live an authentic life. She is committed to improving well-being by reducing stress, decreasing social isolation, and challenging the natural tendency to avoid hard things. Emma uses motivational interviewing and other skills she learned as a graduate student at the University of WA to create a custom plan, beginning with developing each person’s vision of a better life. Clients reported, after working with Emma, a stronger sense of self, a more mindful approach to life, and a reduction in symptoms of anxiety and depression.
To support many underserved populations, Emma strives to bridge gaps and address barriers that may impact the clients' ability to advocate for themselves and live a secure life. Guided by her realism-based perspective on life, clinical skills, optimism, and a deep belief in change. Emma has an extensive understanding of the various systems that affect us and how we can live a healthier, more regulated life within our internal and external systems. She understands the challenges of accessing quality care firsthand and is committed to providing evidence-based best practices that embrace all lifestyles and backgrounds. With extensive experience supporting people with chronic illnesses, anxiety, substance use, and neurodivergence, Emma has demonstrated her ability to be effective, reliable, and open to learning.
Jamese Taylor, MSW intern
Currently in her third year earning her MSW at The University of Washington
Jamese is a queer, mixed-race Black and Latina graduate student in Clinical Social Work at University of Washington. With over 5 years in social services and a background in Family Studies and Human Development, she has supported individuals and families struggling with identity, belonging, and systemic barriers.
She draws from evidence-based approaches like strengths-based, trauma-informed care and psychoeducation to help individuals build resilience and self-compassion. Her work is collaborative and flexible - individuals often report that they appreciate the balance of warmth, clarity, and practical tools she brings into each interaction. She has specialized in supporting BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+ individuals and families navigating academic stress, mental health, and life transitions. She also brings lived experience and empathy as a queer person of color herself.
She enjoys facilitating workshops on well-being, mentoring emerging practitioners, and co-creating spaces where all individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered to progress towards their goals.
